This is a very hard time for small businesses. We are working hard to make our customer's homes, apartments and businesss safe by following CDC cleaning guidelines. However, like many others, our sales are less than 25% of normal. We along with many other local businesses have applied for the PPP loan and have not recieved anything due to the funding running out.
We are committed to remaining open for as long as we can to provide our community with excellent cleaning services and our employees with reliable employment.
I am not sharing our story because we are disheartened, in fact we find ourselves motivated each day to make it through this time.
I discovered the VA 30 Day Fund when one of our commercial customers recieved a grant from them and the funding is helping them remain open.
This fund gives grants to Virginia small businesses. To help make sure funding is available to businesses with immediate needs we will not be applying to this program. I feel it is important to spread the word about this resource to other business owners. If you find yourself in a position to give during this difficult time, please consider this organization as a recipent.
